We always rely on Target when it comes to great beauty on a budget, but now the retailer is bumping up its beauty aisle into a new price bracket.

Starting next month, Target will introduce premium skincare that will be broken up into Dermatological Skincare and Specialty Skincare ranges with brands from all over the world, including MD Complete, Laneige (exclusively), Vichy, and La Roche-Posay. The retailer is also expected to collaborate with Borghese’s Age Defying Cellulare Complex line, 29 by Lydia Mondavi, and a skincare offering from dermatologist Brian Zelickson for the new beauty frontier.

“In skin care, the needs of the consumer have been changing dramatically, and frankly, the mass-market assortment wasn’t keeping pace,” Christina Hennington, vice president of beauty and personal care at Target Corp., told Women’s Wear Daily. “We have enhanced what we are offering by providing a broader assortment.”

Zelickson worked closey with the retailer to develop an approachable line that delivered clinical results without using an excessive amount of product for a flawless complexion—no zits or wrinkles allowed. “As a dermatologist, I’ve seen skin problems day in and day out for the last 20 years,” Zelickson explained. “There are things you can do on a daily basis that have a long-term impact.”

We can’t wait to add these new skincare solutions to our cart!
