They’re baaaack. Okay, so I might be vehemently opposed from certain 90s trends re-appearing, but I think I’m making an exception for mules. The new mule for spring is chunky, edgy and modern — gone are the dainty heels and overly girly stylings of the late 90s. I love how these clunky shoes can juxtapose against more feminine, light elements up top. Plus, mules are ripe for showcasing other recent trends, such as color blocking and using mixed materials in construction. What do you think? Will you be investing in a mule this spring?
