We’re all guilty of it: cozying up on the couch and silencing the remnants of a long day with a glass of champagne and primetime TV. Tonight, scandalous political fixers, 1960s advertising execs, and champions of homeland security are taking the night off to be honored for captivating audiences on and off the small screen.
The 65th annual Primetime Emmy Awards commenced this evening at Los Angeles’ Nokia Theater with Neil Patrick Harris emceeing the anticipated eve. From best-dressed Kerry Washington to everyone’s favorite Girls, and the meth pusher we’ve all grown to love in between, Hollywood’s most hilarious, dynamic, and heartwarming actors anxiously awaited to be called to the stage. For a talented few, their names made the roll.
