Your Beauty Bag’s Favorite Shade of Grey

PSA: your makeup bag wants in on the not so 50 shades of grey trend that’s made it’s way from the bookshelf to your style wardrobe as of late. It’s less extra terrestrial space girl and more festive fashionista than you may think. Pop artist Ke$ha and model Chanel Iman have both rocked  grey lipstick at major events recently. To play up the standout pout, A Few Goody Gumdrops suggests adding “a little grey eye shadow or liner to give your eyes that serene, sultry look.” While a handful of beauty brands, like Estée Lauder, are featuring the color in their latest seasonal palettes, we were in deep love with the MAC Grey Friday limited edition lipstick and nail polish, which quickly sold out.
