Curry, party of five! Golden State Warriors champion Steph Curry and his wife, Ayesha, welcomed their third child on July 2--a baby boy. The couple is already parents to two daughters: Riley, 5, and Ryan Carson, 3.
Steph took to Instagram to share the news on July 4, also revealing the name of their new bundle of joy: Canon W. Jack Curry.
His sentimental post included a photo of the newborn with a sweet caption. "On this journey, on this quest... protect me... I’m bless! Canon W. Jack Curry @ayeshacurry"
His wife, Ayesha, also shared the news with her fans as she posted a beautiful black-and-white photo of the couple's three children. Riley is cradling Canon in the picture. "My heart is FULL. God has been too good to us. Our beautiful baby boy Canon W.Jack Curry 7/2/2018. He joined us earlier than we thought and we couldn’t be more excited and grateful. Family of 5! @stephencurry30#mynewman?? ? by this mama of 3! ??"
The couple announced that they were expecting their third child in February when Ayesha shared a photo of herself wearing a t-shirt that said "Preggers." They didn't reveal the sex of the baby until his birth.
The expecting mom didn't have an easy pregnancy and suffered from Hyperemesis Gravidarum, the same condition Kate Middleton endured with all three of her pregnancies. When she was four months pregnant Ayesha candidly shared a pregnancy update on GoInspo, the lifestyle site she co-founded. " I️ have what docs call Hyperemesis. This basically means the nausea, incessant sickness and exhaustion probably won’t go away. The only silver linings here are that my itty bitty baby is healthy and Princess Kate has suffered from the same condition during her pregnancies. Not feeling super royal though," she blogged.
From morning sickness to sleepless nights, Ayesha doesn't hold back when it comes to sharing her personal journey at home with her fans--and we can't wait to see what being a mom-of-three has in store for her.
