Khloe Kardashian is adding a new pair of jeans to her contemporary Good American line — and they're maternity jeans! Appropriately titled “Good Mama,” the new style is set to launch on Thursday, March 15–and who better to show off the stylish new jeans than the expecting star herself?
Kardashian is currently eight and a half months pregnant with her first child, a girl, with partner Tristan Thompson and she flaunted her baby bump for the beautiful campaign, where she can be seen showing off the new silhouette, all while cradling her bump. The star took to Instagram to announce the latest addition to the collection as she shared the image with her fans.
In January Kardashian took to her Instagram story to share the launch with her followers and admitted that she actually started working on the line before she even found out she was pregnant–and the timing couldn't have been better. “We’ve been working on a maternity denim line called Good Mama,” she said, all while giving her fans a sneak peek at the line. “I’m really excited because I received the first prototypes of our Good American denim. [Co-founder Emma Grede] and I have been working on this for six months, even before I got pregnant, which is crazy. I feel like we’re just putting things into the universe — ‘Ask, believe and receive,’ I’m all about it.”
It looks like the line will feature a variety of options, with stretchy waistbands that can sit below the belly and a stretch panel that can extend over the belly when you're further along, (which appears to be the style Khloe modeled in her latest Instagram post). While Kardashian has stayed true to her sexy style throughout the course of her pregnancy, rocking a slew of form-fitting frocks and showing off her baby bump beneath duster coats, she admitted that she's excited to slip into the Good Mama line.
“I really miss wearing jeans during my pregnancy,” she said. “I think you look so cute and chic, and there’s only so many dresses or leggings I could wear every day.”
