It's no secret that Coachella Valley draws a crowd for multiple reasons - one of which is the now legendary music festival called Coachella. However, with the desert's newest addition, The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage, those seeking a respite from city life will find there's no reason to wait till April for an escape to California's Palm Springs.
The hotel sits on 25,000-square-feet, built into a 650-foot bluff providing vast landscape views of the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountain ranges overlooking the Coachella Valley. Of the 244 guest rooms, the majority include large patios and terraces, while some boast their own fire pits.
In addition, the hotel features a two-story indoor / outdoor spa lifestyle with 15 opulent treatment rooms, private terraces, fitness center, movement studios, private whirlpools, rain and Vichy showers, eucalyptus-infused steam and sauna facilities, an outdoor meditation mesa, and an outdoor co-ed whirlpool with waterfall and mountain views.
For foodies, the Ritz Carlton, Rancho Mirago offers delicacies from State Far Bar & Kitchen, but the dining experience doesn't stop at mouthwatering food. The dining room includes a chefs’ display kitchen, interactive market table, outdoor terraces located just off the restaurant with striking valley views, a cozy fireplace “snug,” tableside cocktail trolley service in the bar, walk-in red and white wine rooms and artisanal California menus and ingredients. Everything you could ask for in a five star restaurant moment, of course.
Need more convincing? Just look at those photos. Could the view BE any better?
