Anne Hathaway's fairy tale wedding turned into a reality over the final weekend of September, as she and Adam Shulman tied the knot! In an intimate nuptial ceremony open to only 150 friends and family, the couple shared their love and devotion for each other against the beautiful natural landscape of Big Sur. True to reports, Hathaway walked down the aisle in custom Valentino, accented by a simple 1920s inspired headband with a minimalist veil. Limited accessories allowed her wedding gown to shine through. Given her close relationship with Valentino, Hathaway's magical moment was exponentially more special.
Surrounded by their nearest and dearest and over $100,000 worth of flowers designed by The Velvet Garden florist, Hathaway and Shulman became a married couple. The cliffside location, which was beside an old barn, was illuminated at sunset for a spectacular setting. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed an all vegan dinner, followed by jazz music by the Americano Social Club.
Congratulations to the happy couple and the gorgeous bride!
Update: While many were unable to see the incredible accents on the gorgeous gown, the ivory silk point d'espirit tulle dress featured a pink hand-painted train with embroidered silk flowers. According to People, The roaring '20s inspired veil was made of a large lace flower and dotted with crystal beads. Check out the sketch below to get a better look!
