Oxfords // Pointy Flats // Sneakers //Booties // Sandals

During the hot summer months, this summer in particular, I feel that it's too hot for heels. I know I’m not alone here because a lot of my clients have been asking for stylish alternatives to heels. I totally get it and with all of the flat footwear options out there, who needs heels!

Lucky for you, I've gathered a few alternatives that will keep you looking sexy and chic for the rest of the summer.

Booties for the Win

Booties are perfect for a summer night. Most booties have a low heel that can give you that added height without the discomfort. The best thing about these is that you can wear them throughout the fall. Score!

Pointy Toe Flats

Flats, especially pointy toe flats, can be worn from day to night (perfect for a summer date night). Added bonus, they elongate your legs.

Good Old Oxfords

Take me back to the school days with a pair of oxfords. These babies can also be dressed up or down. Pair them with cropped boyfriend jeans for a more casual look or a flirty skirt for something more evening appropriate.

Sneaker Pimp

Sneakers these days are super chic. You can get all designer with it or do like me and rock your Converse with just about anything.

Sandals = Summer Staple

Sandals are the ultimate summer staple. It's hot outside and you want to show off that fresh pedicure look no further than your pair of sandals. Strappy sandals and even gladiators are a perfect alternative to summer heels. Or go granola-chic with a pair of Birkenstocks.

Are you ditching the heels this summer or are you a heel devotee?
