Barclays Center just got even fancier.
During All Star Weekend, American Express debuted its newest suite, The Centurion Suite at Barclays Center, adding another touch of luxury to the already fabulous venue. In addition to the expected amenities like top notch food and beverages, the lounge features a spectacularly enviable view of the court, directly centered and above. Beginning in March, the suite will be open to all Platinum Card and Centurion Members plus one guest.
Mirrored off of the Centurion Lounges at airports including Las Vegas, LaGuardia, and San Francisco, the suite at Barclays features an elevated aesthetic, dedicated wait staff, and unparalleled space compared to most boxes in the arena. Glam was afforded a sneak peek inside the suite during NBA All-Star Saturday night, to experience the luxury. While the suite alone was draw enough, we had the chance to speak with Brooklyn Nets player Mason Plumlee before he took the court for the dunk contest and the opportunity to relax in the suite while the talented players showed off their skills during the Degree Shooting Stars, Taco Bell Skills Challenge, Foot Locker Three-Point Contest, and Sprite Slam Dunk Contest.
To top it all off, American Express also created a Platinum Entrance for cardmembers, separate from the main entrance to ensure an easy and quick entry into Barclays Center.
