Beauty has no age limit. Charlotte Rampling’s NARS Fall 2014 ad has been released, and it’s nothing short of gorgeous. The black and white ad features Rampling looking sharp in a sleek blazer and kohl-rimmed eyes to highlight the brand's 20th anniversary Audacious Lipstick collection, which features 40 fresh shades. The stunning photo was shot by founder François Nars himself, and we can't think of anyone who would have been more perfect for the campaign than Rampling. [Refinery29]

Though Rihanna's previous perfume ad was deemed by some as too risqué, it looks like the stylish diva wasn't affected. Rihanna’s new ads for her scent Rogue Man have dropped, and they are steamy. Though they suggest more sultry than shocking, they still have Riri's signature sensuous appeal (the rugged, tattoo-covered man probably helps) that we love her for. [Huffington Post]

It’s no secret that our skin can be fickle in terms of how it likes to be treated. Knowing this, Singaporean beauty brand Skin Inc. is headed to the U.S. with its customized skincare line, which includes nine serums and a Skin Identity Check. The test determines the skin issues that the user needs to target and provides a prescription of different serums. Customers are encouraged to retake the test as seasons and climates change, providing a more accurate skincare routine. [WWD]

Bleach London, the British salon that has worked with stars like Sienna Miller and Lily Allen, offers a style called “hair tapestry,” which involves getting thread woven into your hair like a needlepoint. The beautiful designs are perfect for your next festival look, as Bleach has even offered a DIY version to try at home. [Bella Sugar]

We'll have a Dirty Martini please, and hold the vodka, gin, and olives. Beloved blowout salon, Drybar, is adding a new hairstyle to its menu, and it's a textured look that gives you sexy, tousled tresses.
