Beyoncé is set to strut her stilettos on stage at the half-time show of the upcoming Super Bowl. According to The Associated Press, the Grammy winner will perform in February at the football championship in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, which is expected to be officially announced Wednesday. The diva previously sang the National Anthem for the game in 2004 in her hometown of Houston. She'll follow in the footsteps of music icons like Prince, Paul McCartney, and Madonna, who headlined last year wit the help of LMFAO, Nicki Minaj, M.I.A., and Cee Lo Green. Sources are expecting a Destiny’s Child reunion with fellow members Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams as well as an appearance by hubby, Jay-Z. Aside from all of the action on the gridiron, we’re sure everyone will be glued to their seats to see this Super Bowl spectacular!
Update: The superstar herself uploaded a photo to Tumblr to confirm her slot at the Super Bowl, and we couldn't be more excited!
