Cocktails While Cleansing? Yes Please!

When we’re feeling sluggish and not up to snuff on the health front, juice cleanses provide an easy way to detoxify and hit reset on your system. While alcohol is a no-no during a three-day cleanse, you can imbibe if you’re just maintaining with a juice or two. For a fun after-workout cocktail, give any one of these Blue Print Cleanse recipes a spin and leave the calorie guilt at the door:

The BPC Lebowski
1 oz. Vodka (organic is best)
½ oz. Kahlua
3 oz. BPC Cashew Milk

Pour all of the ingredients into a rocks glass over ice and serve.

PineApple Mint Mojito
1 Oz. Light Rum
3 oz. BPC PineApple Mint Juice
Club Soda
1 Bunch Fresh Mint, washed and dried
Limes, cut into wedges

Mash 3-4 mint leaves with 2 lime wedges in the bottom of a collins glass. Add ice, rum, and the juice. Top with a splash of club soda and garnish with a lime wedge.

2 oz. Plymouth Gin
1 ½ oz. BPC Carrot Apple Beet Syrup
1 oz. BPC PineApple Mint Juice
¾ oz. Lemon Juice
½ oz. Aperol
1 ½ oz. Club Soda
1 Mint Sprig (optional)

For the Syrup: Combine 2 parts BPC Carrot Apple Beet Juice for every ½ part agave nectar

For the cocktail:

Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice and pour into a Collins glass over ice. Top with the club soda and add a mint sprig to garnish.

The Remedy
1 part BPC Spicy Lemonade
1 part Soju

Pour both ingredients into a rocks glass over ice and stir.
