Create a Sweet Passover Tradition With Matzo Crunch

Ingredients (yields 12 pieces)
1 cup Unsalted Butter
1 cup Brown Sugar
6 oz. bar Bittersweet Chocolate
6 sheets of Matzo

Steps
Preheat oven to 350.
Lay out sheets of matzo onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
In a pot, bring butter and brown sugar to a boil.
Boil for approximately 5 minutes.
Pour the hot sugar mixture over matzo, covering as much as possible.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the bittersweet chocolate in a double boiler.
Remove matzo from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the matzo and immediately cut
on the diagonal while still warm.
Let cool to room temperature and serve.
