Designer: Donna Karan

Inspiration: the spirited and spontaneous art of the street-- India, Bali, Africa, Haiti, and New York and the individual colors and personalities that paint the urban palette

Trends: Karan's canvas was dominated by painterly prints and brushstrokes that transformed her silhouettes into works of art. This season the designer introduced the next stage of power dressing and the bra became the new bodysuit -- for day she paired it with pants and for evening the bra top was styled with airy ball skirts. For Spring it's all about the waist, cinched and sexy. Stephen Jones' unique hats added an element of surprise and delight to a collection fueled by creativity.

Palette: red, tan, black, white, ivory, brick, and indigo

The Playlist: "Suvelo" by Tribal Target (Cuba Mix)

Who Was There:Camila Alves and Caitlin FitzGerald sat front row as Kendall Jenner hits the runway.

Who Should Wear It: elegant jetsetters who dress for adventure and inspired New Yorkers, those whose clothes exude that well traveled aura--you want to know where they've been and where they're going
