Faces on the Newsstand: Allison Williams on InStyle UK, Keira Knightly on Harper’s Bazaar UK and Ariana Grande on Cosmopolitan

Though you may have to take a trip across the pond to get your hands on a few of these glossies, here’s what’s going on at newsstands for February.

As if we weren’t already completely psyched for the January 12th start of the new seasons of Girls, Allison Williams’ appearance on the cover of InStyle UK’s February issue reminded us of our high-strung yet driven BFF Marnie. The pastel-laden cover is as striking as the 26-year-old’s good looks and is really getting our spring fever started early. The chic spread inside features structured skirts, pointy pumps and tailored jackets that make this girl look like a total lady.

British beauty Keira Knightly graces the cover of Harper’s Bazaar UK February edition sporting – what else? – those enormous Chanel pearls laying beautifully on her collarbone. The flawless actress divulges on everything from feminism to film to Twitter and talks specifically her forthcoming film, Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit. Regarding the experimental Twitter account Knightly made using a false name, she said, “It made me feel a little bit like being in a school playground and not being popular and standing on the sidelines kind of going ‘Argh.’” Well, if seeing your own photo on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar isn’t the definition of popularity, we’re not sure what is.

Cosmopolitan can’t get enough of crop tops, it seems, and Ariana Grande is one of many recent cover girls to sport one on the February issue. The Nickelodeon star-turned-singer found her 2013 album, Yours Truly, at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 list. In the issue, Grande talks first dates and her career, which has taken off in the past few months and will continue to grow in the coming year.

A glamorous Ellie Goulding is featured on the cover of Marie Claire UK’s February issue. In the feature story, she talks about what it was like to bring her beautiful, breathy voice to the 2011 royal wedding reception – and, on the other end of the spectrum, being single. The “Burn” singer – who has claimed that she’s never actually had a singing lesson – looks just as beautiful on this cover as she sounds when she’s performing on stage.

We watched in awe as model Cameron Russell killed it with her incredible TED talk, and she’s talking about it to ELLE UK. Sporting Chanel and Dior on the cover of the glossy, Russell, who chalks her good looks up to “winning the genetic lottery,” stuns.

Rose Dawson – err, Kate Winslet covers Glamour UK this month sporting the coziest-looking jacket we’ve ever seen. Winslet opens up about her children and taking harsh criticism from the press in stride to maintain her “small” and happy lifestyle. The fresh-faced actress appears in the movie Labor Day, which will hit theaters on January 31st.

In all of her theatrical glory, Lady Gaga appears on Fashion Magazine’s cover this month sporting an interesting set of glasses. Never one to abide by fashion trends or rules, the Mother Monster sheds light on why she chooses the crazy clothes she wears: “When I leave my apartment I like to look pretty for my fans but not [in a] hot sexy girl [way] – I don’t care about that. I just want to make you feel something with what I wear. I want you to feel happy and enjoy the theatre of my life the way that I do.” Cue: applause.
