Girl Boss! Three Female-owned Brands to Browse

Beyond Black Friday and Cyber Monday, another shopping holiday I love to celebrate is Small Business Saturday. Late last month (Nov. 29, to be exact), Small Business Saturday celebrated its fifth anniversary and kicked off the holiday season for lots of small, independent businesses. But why shop small for just one day of the year? Here’s three of my favorite female-owned small businesses to support (and shop from – all too regularly):

Loren Hope: One of my favorite independent jewelry designs. Her pieces are gorgeous, unique and one-of-a-kind. The Chloe bow-tie necklace is a favorite, and I wear my Sarra cuff everyday.

Design Darling: My friend Mackenzie’s e-boutique has everything from Amy Stone’s art prints to tabletop must-haves. Those best-seller turquoise tassle earrings are back in stock at last, too. Scoop ‘em up!

Julie Vos: Julie’s semi-precious jewelry in 24k gold plating makes for ideal gift-giving — or as a little luxury to treat yourself. Her collection of subtle statement pieces are ideal for bangle-stacking and necklace layering. I love her pretty pendant necklaces!
