  1. Cut out a zig-zag pattern from the top layer of your tee and an uneven zig-zag on both skirts. Wear the red skirt over the black.
  2. Apply black tape to the red skirt and head scarf to create a striped pattern.
  3. Stamp skull and bones anywhere you want in white or black ink.
  4. Now you're ready to p-ARRR-ty!
