Golden Globes 2014: Jennifer Lawrence Adds a Bit of Berry to the Red Carpet
Jennifer Lawrence rocked her news-worthy pixie in her sweeping Dior gown as she snapped up the Best Supporting Actress – Drama Golden Globe, adorably awkward speech included. Before she made her way down the red carpet, Academy Award-winning makeup artist Ve Neill (we loved you on Face Off) and Deborah Lippmann ensured Lawrence was camera-ready.
Neill first evened out Lawrence’s tone with Dior Nude BB Crème before, adding a flush to the cheek with the brand’s Glowing Color Powder Blush in My Rose before adding a blast of the beauty editor favorite Airflash Matte Touch. For the eyes, she created soft smoke with the 5 Couleurs Eyeshadow in Gris-Gris. She then lined the eyes with the Crayon Kohl in Black and added a few swipes of the Iconic Overcurl Mascara in Over Black. Finally, Neil added the lush pout by applying the Rouge Dior Lipstick in Prune Daisy for look that girls are sure to rock until the frost weather finally thaws for the year.
Lippmann complemented the lippie with a matching mani. She started with a coat of the Turn Back Time base coat with light diffusing micronized diamond core powder for added sparkle. She then layered her Bitches Brew nail lacquer before adding a Gel Top Coat for a long-lasting finish.
