Helmut Lang Revisits the Fragrance Counter
Helmut Lang is refreshing a few of its signature scents.
The fashion house reached back into its archives to reintroduce fashion and fragrance fanatics to Eau de Parfum and Eau de Cologne from 2000 and Cuiron from 2002. All three scents were originally taken off the market back in 2005 but are once again available starting today at Helmut Lang stores and online. The fragrances will set you back $185 for Eau de Parfum and Eau de Cologne and $165 for Cuiron.
Cuiron, is a bright, leathery blend that would work with any menswear-inspired ensemble. Eau de Parfum and Eau de Cologne, on the other hand, both bottles notes of lavender, rosemary, cedarwood, vanilla, musk, and amber to capture the essence of a romantic rendezvous. “It’s reminiscent of the smell of sheets after a man’s been with someone,” Maurice Roucel, who originally crafted the sexy scent, told Women's Wear Daily. “It’s sensual, but in a very refined way.”
Now that's something to add to your holiday shopping list!
