When we were younger we always fantasized about driving Barbie’s pink corvette or atleast hitching a ride with the doll. And while that never quite materialized, come Fashion’s Night Out Barbie will be transporting girls of all ages around the city.
The style icon is hosting a unique social scavenger hunt, where fashionistas can catch a free ride on Barbie branded Gray Line double-decker busses, which make stops throughout Manhattan. To make the ride a bit more fun, the busses will be stocked with Barbie Basic dolls to dress up. Drop-off points include the Alice + Olivia, Alexis Bittar, Tracy Reese and Rogan boutiques, where style seekers can find Barbie size versions of some key fall pieces. Hey, even Barbie needs a wardrobe update! Items will be dispersed throughout the stores for shoppers to find. Each Barbie sized piece will have a QR code, which directs shoppers to the Barbie Loves FNO website, where participants can enter the contest to win the life size outfits.
We'll be bringing our dolls along for the ride!
