Jason Wu and artist/DJ Nate Lowman are working together to benefit one of New York City’s leading HIV/AIDs research organizations, ACRIA.
The two men collaborated on a t-shirt featuring Lowman’s legendary bullet-hole motif, this time through an air freshener. (Side note: In the past, Lowman has covered gallery walls with bullet holes but has since traded it in for the smiley face.) The unisex shirt is 100% cotton, retails for $175 and serves as the kickoff to the summer soiree that Wu is hosting on June 20th that will benefit Young Friends of ACRIA.
The non-profit works to help people with HIV/AIDS live longer, healthier lives by testing the newest therapies, using cutting-edge research to learn to care for those living with the disease, and providing life-saving information to disadvantaged communities.
So every penny counts! You can buy your t-shirt here and purchase tickets for the soiree Wu is hosting here.
