Les Arts Décoratifs Museum is devoting a new exhibition to the 15 years Marc Jacobs has collaborated with Louis Vuitton to transform the fashion industry. Curated by Pamela Golbin, the multimedia display explores the parallel stories of the two designers’ craftsmanship, technological progress, artistic vision, and iconic pieces in their respective time periods. The museum will celebrate the opening of the two-floor exhibit the same day Jacobs unveils the new Louis Vuitton Fall 2012 collection to close Paris Fashion Week. Fashion-forward fans can check out the fashion show and get an insider’s look at the night’s festivities via the Louis Vuitton Facebook Page. Fashionistas the world over will surely be to flocking to France for a glimpse at the fashion forces' works while they can.
The exhibition runs from March 9th to September 16th. For more information, please visit LesArtsDecoratifs.fr
