Glam chatted with Huntington-Whiteley via email to touch on impressive icons, beauty advice, and even her essentials for the season:

As the host of the series, you’ve heard so many amazing stories. Did you have a favorite?

They are all so passionate, so courageous and so down to earth, they were all so humbling, yet incredibly inspirational, and their stories are amazing I couldn’t pick just one! By meeting these remarkable women, you instantly realize it really is true—one person can make a difference in the world. These women are examples of what one person can do if they let their inspiration take hold.

Who are your inspirational icons?

There are so many women I admire that inspire me, such as Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Eve Ensler, Rihanna, and Stevie Nicks. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve definitely learned to love and appreciate the deep and complex characters of the women closest to me—my friends and family. I’m inspired by my sister because she’s so strong-willed, but most importantly, I’m inspired by my Mum.

What the best piece of beauty advice you've received?

My beauty philosophy is never try to change what you have, always try to enhance! I like to keep things pretty natural, so I feel most like myself, but there’s nothing better than a natural glow and a fabulous hair day!
