Last week on a special Halloween episode of Semi-Homemade with Sandra Lee, our favorite Food Network diva whipped up a decadent fairy-inspired dessert (that matched her fabulously feathered costume!). We thought it looked so pretty and so super-duper delicious that we're providing the recipe for you right here. Enjoy! Have a glamorous Halloween!
Frozen White Chocolate Feather Cheesecake

1 store bought frozen cheesecake
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 bottle of ice cream shell topping, cupcake flavor (Magic Shell)
2 tablespoons white sprinkles
2 tablespoon edible white pearls decorations
2 tablespoon silver dragees
2 tablespoons white edible glitter
8 ice pop sticks
Place knife under hot water and slice the cheesecake into 8 slices. Make sure to wipe off the blade and place under hot water between each slices to insure clean slices. Insert an ice pop stick half way into the back end of each slice. Place in freezer for one to two hours until cheesecake slices are frozen.
Place chocolate in a bowl and place over a pot of simmering water. Stir frequently until melted.
Place the frozen cheesecake slice onto a baking sheet fitted with a wire rack or a piece of parchment paper. Using a spoon, drizzle each slice with the melted white chocolate. Sprinkle each slice with the decoration of your choose. Place back in freezer for about 5 minutes or until chocolate is set. Place on a platter and serve.
