Star Scoop: Anna Kendrick Throws ’Em Back, Bradley Cooper Guards the Galaxy, Cinderella Puts a Ring on It


Turns out Anna Kendrick could be your drinking buddy in real life. The Pitch Perfect alum channeled her inner vixen for a sexy shoot with GQ where she announced her affinity for “every single Belgian-style beer” and divulged about that one time she got drunk on set. “During a scene at the bar, they gave me fake beer, but then during a scene where I'm playing cards with Jake, they gave me real beer, and I didn't realize it,” Kendrick said about her role as Jill in Drinking Buddies. “And so every time I lost, I was pounding beer, and I didn't realize it was real until halfway through the take. We may not be seeing Bradley Cooper on the silver screen for his next big role. The A-lister is in final talks to voice Rocket Raccoon in Marvel Studios’ Guardians of the Galaxy. His genetically-mutated character will be produced through CGI along with Vin Diesel's character Groot. Zoe SaldanaChris Pratt, and Dave Bautista will also star in the sci-fi spectacle. Cinderella isn't singing any more sad love songs. The Disney classic got a saucy, Sasha Fierce update courtesy of American Idol alum Todrick Hall. The vocalist upgraded the storyline with some of Beyoncé's greatest hits, including “Single Ladies,” “Love On Top,” and “Freakum Dress,” and managed to fit it all into eight minutes. [Entertainment Weekly]
