Style Scoop: Battle at the BFAs, Kanye Laments Louis Vuitton, Collette Dinnigan Closes Luxury Lines

The battle for Britain's biggest names in fashion is drawing nigh. This year's December 2 British Fashion Awards will pit Christopher Kane against Sarah Burton and Phoebe Philo for Womenswear Designer of the Year; see Marc Jacobs, Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons face off for the International Designer Award; and send Cara Delevingne on a catwalk crusade against Edie Campbell and Sam Rollinson for Model of the Year. [Vogue UK]

Also note, this comes from the purveyor of $120 A.P.C. white tees and $5,892 Giuseppe Zanotti heels of Fall 2012 fame. [Fashionista]

Collette Dinnigan, who's dressed the likes of Miranda Kerr and Cat Deeley‚ will bid adieu to her eponymous bridal and evening wear lines at the end of the year. Instead, the Australian designer will shift her attention to her two children's lines and reportedly seek out collaborations in the home décor space. [WWD]
