Don't think that whole punk craze died out at the Met Gala. After Nicki Minaj explored the trend for her recent Marie Claire cover, Lancôme's lovely Daria Werbowy brought it back for the September issue of Vogue UK. The effortless waves are one thing and that rocker-chic leather moto jacket is another; but, if you look close enough, you'll see Vogue UK has gone to a place it's hardly gone before: facial piercings. Patrick Demarchelier lensed the cover—Werbowy's fourth for the glossy—which hit stands on August 5. [Fashion Gone Rogue]

On the opposite side of the style spectrum, we have Victoria's Secret stunner Doutzen Kroes, who shed her scantily-clad bombshell uniform for an equally-as-sexy run as a flower child for Emilio Pucci Fall 2013. While the dress is lovely and that bag is enviable, we just want to know if we can swap closets and walk a mile in those boots! [Fashion Copious]

Saks isn't the only major department store selling out. While the stateside retailer is being eyed by Hudson's Bay Co., Divine Investments SA (Disa) closed a deal to buy French department store Printemps. The transaction totaled €1.6 billion, or $1.72 billion, with a Disa rep telling Women's Wear Daily that it will “continue the development of the Printemps Group both in Paris and in the rest of France and to contribute to the international development of this symbol of French fashion and luxury.” [Vogue UK]

The Simpson sisters strike with style! Ashlee Simpsonis fronting the Fall 2013 campaign for big sis Jessica Simpson's eponymous clothing line. While the print ads have yet to drop, the pair released a behind-the-scenes video of the action, where the younger Texas native pays homage to the southwest. [E! Online]

Michelle Williams is only one of Louis Vuitton's new lovelies. Irish fashion writer and stylist Angela Scanlon joins the My Week with Marilyn star as LV's latest muse, lending her face to the brand's new campaign for the upgraded, Epi leather, Neverfull tote. [ELLE]

First, she went wild for BullettMagazine, and now she's giving us plenty of grace as FLARE's new cover girl. Amber Heard is the glossy's September star, posing in sophisticated separates from The Row and A.L.C. [Fashion Gone Rogue]

The Sound of Music may be a sonic treat, but costumes from the 1965 original cost a pretty penny—$1.56 million to be exact. [L.A. Times]

If you browse Tumblr just as much as we do, then you're familiar with Sh*t Bloggers Wear. While Cecilia Doan, the mastermind behind the sketch catalogue, started the blog as a way to chronicle popular pieces and comically remind sartorialists to “choose wisely,” there are two places she refuses to go. “I hope people read this message and stop requesting the Isabel Marant Bekkets and the Acne Atacoma,” she told Fashionista. “I won’t draw them because they’re too obvious. Don’t make me!” [Fashionista]
