Style Scoop: Dr. Christopher Bailey, Candice Swanepoel is Brunette for Blumarine, Blue Ivy’s Baby Wardrobe

Paging Dr. Bailey! Burberry creative director Christopher Bailey has been awarded an honorary doctorate from his alma mater, the Royal College of Art, where he received his masters in 1994. He will join illustrator Julie Verhoeven and menswear boutique owner Peter Sidell, whose honors will be bestowed during the university's graduation ceremony at the Royal Albert Hall. [Vogue UK]

Candice Swanepoel traded in her blonde ambition to rock the boat as a brunette for Blumarine's Fall 2013 campaign. Photographer Camilla Akrans lensed the campaign, which brand designer Anna Molinari says captures how “Candice perfectly embodies my idea of the Blumarine woman.” [Fashion Gone Rogue]

Whenever a new celebrity darling is born, we can't help but swoon over their first paparazzi shots… and designer duds. The latest tot to conjure up a case of closet envy is none other than Beyoncé and Jay-Z's first-born, Blue Ivy. Between her custom Tom Ford pumps (we could use a pair), and bodacious crown (yes, crown!), we may just suffer a chic cardiac arrest. [Beyoncé Tumblr]

While we're on the topic of trendy tots, designer Mary-Kate Olsen outfitted a few for children's style blog Ladys & Gents. The Row founder and Superga creative director pulled from Crewcuts for a series of looks that screamed for summer… and, possibly, ice cream. [E! Online]

Feast your eyes on Rome's most fascinating fountains through the lens of Karl Lagerfeld. His The Glory of Water series with Fendi for Fountains is complete, coupling the brand's massive $2.8 million pledge to restore historic aquatic landmarks with the designer's discerning eye. The 50-photograph exhibit will be on display at Fendi's Paris flagship this haute couture season before traveling to New York and China. [ELLE]

Net-A-Porter will be sticking to digital magazine The Edit for its glossy delights—for now. The luxury e-tailer postponed the launch of its unnamed print mag from this fall to next spring. “In order to give both projects the prominence they deserve, we have strategically moved the print launch to coincide with the new spring season of 2014,” read a company statement about the decision to prioritize a mobile platform instead. “We are full steam ahead with the print magazine for our global launch date next year.” [WWD]

She may not be the first name on your best-dressed list, but that's not stopping Ke$ha from foraying into design. The zany star is launching her own jewelry line under the Charles Albert imprint. Her four capsules, Cannibal, Kesha Rose, Out Alive, and Wonderland will feature metallic teeth, blue roses, skulls, and quartz accents, respectively. [People Style Watch]
