We already knew that Karlie Kloss dominated the fashion world in 2012, so it's no surprise that the svelte powerhouse reigned as the most featured model in VOGUE this past year. Speaking of VOGUE, a certain pop star is rumored to be covering the periodical for a second time this March. Beyoncé is said to have already shot the cover and corresponding spread with famed photographer Annie Leibovitz, which is alleged to hit newsstands mid-February. [Racked]

To top off Stella McCartney's amazing year in fashion — from her British Fashion Awards wins to design duties for London's Olympic athletes — the British designer has been honored with an OBE by Queen Elizabeth.
