Style Scoop: Lena Dunham’s Short Film, Dior’s Cruise Show Move, Lyon + Post Eliminates The Online Shopping Cart


Lena Dunham lent her expertise in film to bring Rachel Antonoff’s collaboration with & Other Stories to life. The short film, entitled Vote Audrey, features actress Zoe Kazan clad in Antonoff’s designs. “The story for the film was all Lena. She came up with the idea, and we all loved it immediately,” the designer said. “I feel films are such a good way to bring people into the world we see the clothes living in. It’s really the one opportunity to present the big picture.” []

Originally, Dior planned to show its cruise collection in Los Angeles, but it’s switching gears and opting for a new country and date. The show will happen on May 11 on the French Riviera. Dior has not yet revealed the venue, but “is said to have seized on an opportunity it couldn’t resist,” according to WWD. [Women’s Wear Daily]
