Style Scoop: Red Hot Amanda Seyfried in Harper’s Bazaar Korea, Kanye Collabs with A.P.C., Rihanna Falls for River Island

With the upcoming release of Lovelace, we expect to see a lot more of Amanda Seyfried, especially in our favorite magazines. In a Harper's Bazaar Korea cover conquest, the Givenchy girl sported her best scarlet pout to complement a lacy Dolce & Gabbana gown. Within the glossy, Seyfried gets “up close” with photographer Ahn Jooyoung in designs by Céline, Gucci, and Dior. [Fashion Gone Rogue]

Remember that Twitter photo we shared of Kanye West with A.P.C. founder Jean Touitou? Turns out the covert affair is now rendering itself into a confirmed collaboration (here and here). West, no stranger to design (for his own label and Givenchy), teamed up with A.P.C. on a menswear collection that will aptly launch July 14 on Bastille Day (A.P.C. is a French brand, after all). Fall season is approaching and that could only mean one thing: we're getting a second dose of Rihanna for River Island. The brand just released a behind-the-scenes video from February starring Riri and her design team as they finalized touches for the upcoming collection. In true form, the badgal assures that “b*tches gone be pissed” with her offerings of bomber jackets, all-camo-everything, and leather. [Grazia Daily]

In her new role as a contributing editor for PC MagCoco Rocha wasn't shy about taking on Google Glass and how unwearable the “wearable tech” device really is. “To widen their appeal for when Google Glass becomes commercially available, Google would do well to mind its approach to design so that we don't risk looking like Geordi from Star Trek or a Terminator,” she wrote. “It would be smart to partner with established eyewear designers such as Tom Ford or Ray-Ban to create something truly aesthetically pleasing that people would want to wear.” [PC Mag]

Is the exposed center-bra the next big thing in fashion? Demi Lovato is the latest celebrity to jump on the cheeky trend for the August 2013 cover of Cosmopolitan, while Versace's couture runway revealed models’ underpinnings in a similar manner. While Lovato, Rihanna, and six-foot beauties may get away with it for style's sake, we advise that you ladies stick to crop tops and don't try this look at home. [The Cut]

Prada is really into talent competitions these days. First, the house launched its prose contest to showcase emerging authors, and now, it's giving art buffs a chance to shine. Prada has paired with the Qatar Museums Authority to find curators who have a “far-sighted and critical” eye. The individual curator or team who wins the competition will go on to curate an exhibition that will be announced in April 2014. [Vogue UK]

Just a reminder: Suzy Menkes' vintage wardrobe goes on sale at Christie's this week. More than 80 items from the style authority's personal wardrobe will be put up on the block, including pieces from Ossie Clark, Emilio Pucci, and Christian Lacroix. [GLAM Inbox]
