The United Scents of Benetton
After splashing shelves with colorful clothes for decades, United Colors of Benetton is shifting its focus back to fragrance.
According to Women’s Wear Daily, the Italian retailer just inked a deal with Puig to create a series of scents, beginning next year with a women’s perfume that will hit shelves at department, specialty stores, and Benetton flagship locations.
Benetton bounced back from obscurity thanks to its signature blend of controversy and charity, including a recent contest that rewarded “unemployees of the year” with a cool $6.500.
If the new array of aromas follows the brand’s formula as of late, the scents and their respective campaigns are sure to get everyone talking!
