EQUAL PARTS SWEET and scary, this eyeball pie is the perfect addition your spooky Halloween party. This yummy pie requires minimal prep time, is ultra-easy to create, and will look great paired with your scary Halloween décor. Here's what you'll need to get started on this Halloween dessert recipe:
1 baked and cooled pumpkin pie (store bought is okay too)
Cool Whip Frozen Whipped Topping, thawed
Green or Blue Sparkle Gel or Decorating gel
Black Sparkle Gel or Decorating Gel
Red Sparkle Gel or Decorating Gel
Spread an even layer of whipped topping on your cooled pie. Draw a circle in the center of the pie using the green or blue gel. Draw a larger circle around the first and fill in with the green or blue gel.
Fill in the center circle with the black gel. To make the eye more realistic, pipe in some black streaks on top of the green gel. Pipe on bloodshot veins using red gel.
