The idea behind this method revolves around creating a sticky base to prepare the ideal canvas for your concealer to adhere to so it can minimize the appearance of pimples.

Nogueira emphasizes the importance of using a sticky serum with hyaluronic acid, like Glow Recipe's Plum Plump Hyaluronic Acid Serum. Apply a few pumps and let it dry for a moment.

After the serum gets tacky, apply a silicone or dimethicone-based primer like E.l.f. Power Grip primer to enhance the stickiness for better makeup adhesion, and wait a few minutes.

If your skin sticks to your fingers a bit when you touch it, then it's ready for concealer. A high-quality, full coverage matte concealer will work best for this method.

Using a brush, tap the concealer onto your blemishes to help fully cover them without thinning out the product. Let the concealer fully dry before moving on

to foundation.

Opt for a medium-to-full coverage foundation and a beauty blender for this step. Dab with your sponge until the foundation is fully blended before doing the rest of

your makeup.
