Dry and irritated skin will bother anyone, especially when it’s around the eyes and eyelids. The skin on the eyelids is very sensitive and can become irritated for a multitude of reasons, so you should be careful about what you apply to them.
It can be safe to apply moisturizer to your eyelids and is even encouraged to relieve symptoms of dryness. However, you need to be aware of which ingredients the moisturizer is comprised of because not everything is good for the eyes.
