The Best Way To Fix Smudged Nail Polish Without Starting All Over
By KRYSTLE VERMES
There are several tricks you can employ to speed up the drying process of your nail polish; like dipping your nails in a bowl of ice water for about 5 minutes. However, smudges still happen and we have some tips that will help you fix your manicure without starting over.
One easy way to remedy a smudge is to use a nail polish corrector pen, or a Q-tip dipped into a small amount of nail polish remover, to rub away the smudge and then re-polish the nail. If don’t have either of those handy, and your polish is still a bit wet, use your finger to smooth out the smudge then apply another coat of polish to give it a seamless look.
If all else fails try your hand at some nail art. Using a few different colors, add some splashes of polish to all of your nails to create an artistic look, reach for nail art stickers or add a glittery top coat to mask your smudge and revamp your manicure without starting over.
