That’s just what she did today on her app, where she opened up about the importance of weight training. She says, “If you’re grinding away on those cardio machines 24/7, you might not be seeing the results you’re working SO hard for. Fact is, you NEED to hit the weight room, dolls! SO many women are resistant to strength training with weights but take it from me, it’s your ticket to a tight and toned body and a more efficient way to burn calories and lose body fat.”

Pulsing Weighted Squats
WHAT IT TARGETS: This right here is the classic booty move! Nothing beats squats to build a high and tight rear end.
HOW TO DO IT: Get maximum results and TORCH calories by gripping a 10- to 12-pound dumbbell between both hands. With your feet hip-width apart, lower your body to the floor, placing your weight in your heels and sitting back as far as you can. Try to sit at close to a 90-degree angle and pulse twice before returning to standing, squeezing your tush muscles again at the top.
TIP: Make sure to keep your back straight. No arching and no hunching!
Kneeling Kick-Back Triceps Extensions
WHAT IT TARGETS: Bye-bye, bat wings! This will get your triceps in tip-top shape.
HOW TO DO IT: Begin by kneeling on a padded surface and plant your right hand just in front of your right shoulder. Keep your hips squared and your torso parallel to the floor. Grab a 5- to 10-pound dumbbell in your free hand and extend the arm out behind you, pivoting from the elbow and rotating the palm to face the ceiling. Lower the dumbbell to starting position and repeat. Do 2 sets of 10 reps on both sides.
TIP: Don’t forget to give yourself a big stretch after this one! Fold one arm overhead and gently press down on your elbow with your other hand. Alternate sides.
