Here comes the bride! We can't always count on celebrity marriages to last, but we can count on them being beautiful and elaborate. Everything is bigger and better when it comes to celebrities. Celebs are accustomed to getting dressed up and going to big parties in their honor. Perhaps that's why, when it comes time to say "I do," so many celebs take it beyond the next level. These celebrities took the plunge in a big way this year by saying "I will" to their significant others:
Rose McGowan is officially a Mrs. after walking down the aisle at the Paramour Mansion in Silver Lake, California.
Holly Madison and Pasquale Rotella wed at the Disneyland Resort on Sept. 10, 2013. The two share a daughter, Rainbow Aurora, who was born earlier in the year.
Sir Patrick Stewart announced his marriage to longtime girlfriend Sunny Ozell by posting a photo on Twitter of the couple in a ball pit, saying: 'Yes, married.' This is the Star Trek and X-Men star's third marriage. His X-Men co-star Ian McKellan officiated the ceremony, which took place on Sept. 7, 2013
Singer John Legend wed his fiancé, Sports Illustrated model Chrissy Teigen, in a surprise Italian ceremony in September 2013. The couple became engaged in December 2011.
Elle Macpherson got married to billionaire real estate developer Jeffrey Soffer in a top secret ceremony in July 2013. The couple essentially eloped: There were only about 15 guests at the wedding, which was held in a villa at a posh resort on the island of Fiji. Macpherson and Soffer began dating in 2010 and got engaged in March of 2013.
Jimmy Kimmel wed longtime love Molly McNearney on July 13, 2013. Just before the wedding kicked off, the groom was pranked by actress Gabourey Sidibe, who walked down the aisle in a white dress and veil pretending to be the bride.

Avril Lavigne and Chad Kroeger were married on July 1, 2013. The rockers said their "I dos" in a ceremony held in the South of France. Both Lavigne and Kroeger are Canadian, and they chose July 1 - Canada Day - because it is the day they began dating. This was Kroeger's first marriage, and the second for Lavigne, who was married for three years to Sum 41 rocker Deryck Whibley.
Kerry Washington and San Francisco 49ers cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha quietly wed on June 24 in Hailey, Idaho, with her parents serving as witnesses.
