Freja Beha Erichsen’s Model-Off-Duty Designs

If you’re wondering where Freja Beha Erichsen has been lately, don't worry we found her.

The model, who’s known for her effortlessly cool style, hasn’t been seen on the runway recently because she’s been trying her hand at designing clothes as opposed to showing them off on the runway. For her first foray, Erichson has teamed up with Mother cofounders Lela Becker and Tim Kaeding for a capsule collection. You’ll find classic pieces like the Muse skinny jean in black and faux leather and a chambray shirt that will be sold at Nordstrom with all of the items within a $145-300 price range. Plus, 10% of the proceeds from the line will benefit Doctors Without Borders.

For those of us who covet the model-off-duty look that Freja herself pulls off oh so well, Erichsen revealed that the pieces are very much her style. “I felt like doing something I wear all the time was much more in my power, because, clearly, I am not a designer,” she told Style.

Say what you'd like, Freja, but you are well on your way to becoming one. If wearing your designs means that we can look as chic as you do, we are 100 percent okay with that.
