Kate Hudson's partnership with Ann Taylor seems to be one that is ever evolving. Instead of relying on her celebrity to be the face of the brand—which she’s been since 2012—the actress now designs several capsule collections Ann Taylor and the workingwoman.
Her latest initiative?
A capsule of little black dresses in collaboration with the brand’s creative director, Lisa Axelson that will hit stores on April 10th. The capsule collection consists of five styles that are named “after their sartorial spirit,” Women’s Wear Daily is reporting. Like, “the Romantic, a softer, short silhouette, and Camera Ready, named for its sculpted fit and cutout details. Best Actress, meanwhile, is an off-shoulder, floor-length column number, ready for the red carpet.”
“We designed them to fit how we all live,” Hudson told WWD. “So there’s something for every occasion and everyone.”
Here’s hoping that Hudson actually wears Best Actress on the red carpet!
