The Louis Vuitton brand and Frank Gehry have officially become besties. The French luxury goods firm tapped the Pritzker Prize-winning architect to design windows to accompany its fall collection. This season marks designer Nicolas Ghesquière’s first womenswear collection, which will be displayed among curved metal panels resembling sails, which the architect calls "wind wings."

It should come as no surprise that Gehry was chosen as this season’s windows mastermind—the designs relate directly to Paris’ new Fondation Louis Vuitton, which was designed by Gehry and is slated to open in October. Gehry even designed a handbag for Vuitton, which will go on sale in mid-October as part of Vuitton’s “Icon and the Iconoclasts” project. The only question on our minds is what might come next from this unstoppable duo.
