Attention Lambs: Mariah Carey’s 14th album is almost here. Only it will be entitled Me. I Am Mariah Carey…The Elusive Chanteuse instead of The Art of Letting Go, and will drop on May 26th, almost a year after its original release date. To make up for the delay, the diamond-selling diva is sharing a self-portrait she drew at the age of three on the back cover and is including a cute cameo from her twins, Dem Babies. Speaking of vocals, Pitch Perfect 2 just added a new singer to its roster: Hailee Steinfeld. Her role in the feature is still under wraps, but she’ll be joining Rebel Wilson and Anna Kendrick who are reprising their part one characters. Who knew Steinfeld had pipes? [Variety]

Angelina Jolie has got some competition in the Maleficent department. Though she’ll take on the role for Disney’s May film, Kristin Chenoweth will channel the Sleeping Beauty villain for the entertainment company’s new live-action TV movie Descendants. The plot will follow Ben, son of the royal Belle and Beast, who plans to “offer a chance at redemption to the trouble-making offspring of Cruella De Vil (Carlos), Maleficent (Mal), the Evil Queen (Evie), and Jafar (Jay)” before he takes the throne. [The Hollywood Reporter]

Clam chowder, lobster fare, and baked beans are getting refined this season on Top Chef. The popular Bravo cooking competition series is headed to Boston for season 12 where chefs will bring a “fresh, unique flavor” to the “Birthplace of the American Revolution.” [Boston Magazine]

Sad news to report about the death of British television personality Peaches Geldof. Authorities confirmed that illegal drug use played a factor in the 25 year old’s untimely passing, countering initial claims that the cause of death was inconclusive.
