Style Scoop: Kendall and Cara Embrace in Love, Kourtney Kardashian Poses Nude, Pantone’s 2015 Color of the Year is Marsala

Well, this is quite the photo. Besties Kendall Jenner and Cara Delevingne are captured in an enormous embrace in an image posted on Instagram by Love magazine. The date printed across the image suggests that this issue will debut in February, but it’s unclear whether this is the cover or just a preview of what’s inside. #BreakTheInternet round two? Or how about round three? Kourtney Kardashian is the latest sister to strip down for a magazine. Following in her sister Kim’s footsteps, the pregnant reality TV star posed nude for DuJour magazine. In the corresponding interview, she explains why she chose to bare it all: “It’s such an amazing feeling…this is what my body was meant to do.” Power to her—Kourt looks amazing in this shoot. Pantone announced its 2015 color of the year: Marsala. This year’s color is a rich red/brown hue—and a pretty far cry from last year’s “radiant orchid” if you ask us. The earthy, vintage-y hue has an organic air and goes particularly well with the ‘70s aesthetic we’ve seen of late. Use Marsala as a neutral alternative to black—or, just make a rich red wine your accessory of choice. [Wall Street Journal]

OOPS! It looks like even Victoria’s Secret Angels are accident-prone. During Ariana Grande’s performance of “Bang Bang” at the 2014 VS Fashion Show, the singer got hit in the face by Elsa Hosk’s fuzzy pink angel wings. Grande then tweeted the following: “a Victoria’s Secret angel accidentally smacked me in the face with her wings and it was awesome #goals #bangbangintomyface.” [The Cut]

Google Glass isn’t the only big player in the wearable tech game anymore. Intel and eyewear giant Luxottica are bringing together their resources in a multi-year R&D project to create smart eyewear. The product of this union is expected to drop in 2015. [Fashionista]
