It should be clear by now that Kendall Jenner is making waves in the modeling world. The 19-year-old has shot to fame in recent months by landing campaigns and runway shows galore. Her most recent feat involves Karl Kagerfeld’s camera, his collection, Paris and three other models (Sasha Luss, Ming Xi, Baptiste Giabiconi). Zac Posen was honored in Dallas last week with the Career Achievement award from the local chapter of Fashion Group International. FGI’s annual Night of Stars gala highlighted Posen and other local design luminaries at the Fashion Industry Gallery. It also commemorated the 65th anniversary of the professional group. With its new flagship store on Rodeo Drive, Burberry is welcoming technology with open arms. Thanks to chief creative officer and chief executive officer Christopher Bailey, the British brand is working on incorporating technology into its retail experience. Bailey points out that his Burberry is oppositional: “I would say, first, it’s brand of contradictions, so we’re heritage but we are also fashion.
