Strawberry Cheesecake Bites
- 1 lb fresh strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions: Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Scoop out strawberries, then using a pastry bag, fill them with mixture. Garnish with a blueberry.
Watermelon Balsamic Basil Bites
- Balsamic vinegar
Instructions: Cut watermelon into 1-inch cubes, scoop out, and fill with balsamic vinegar. Place on basil leaf for garnish.
Tie everything together with a festive flower arrangement. Stick to red, white, and blue booms, she says, but pick some that are a little unique and of different shapes. Use lots of little vases or jars instead of creating one big arrangement.
