What Tiffany Trump Really Looks Like Without Makeup

At this point, calling the Trump family divisive is probably an understatement. Still, whether you consider them to be authentic trailblazers or political opportunists, it's hard to deny that the women of the Trump clan have a lot of style. Sure, Melania Trump got dragged for some inappropriate outfits during her stint as first lady, but at least her fashion was never boring.

Without question, this family-wide attention to appearance also extends to cosmetics. From Ivanka to Melania, it's exceedingly rare to glimpse any of the Trump women without makeup. But even these image-conscious figures occasionally let us have a peek behind the curtain. Enter Donald Trump's fourth child and youngest daughter, Tiffany Trump.

Tiffany hasn't been in the public eye as much as some of her more politically active siblings, but she's given speeches for her father's presidential campaigns and developed a notable online presence, including more than 1.3 million followers on Instagram and 918,000 followers on Twitter. These carefully curated feeds normally show Tiffany at her perfectly styled best, including her penchants for smokey eyes, heavy winged eyeliner, and killer lashes. However, the Georgetown Law graduate is more than her makeup, and she isn't afraid to get vulnerable — sometimes even dropping a makeup-free selfie that makes us stop and look twice.

In some ways, it can't be easy to have a famous parent, especially one as high profile as Donald Trump. From a young age, we're already looking at celebrity kids as potential fashion icons. But while Tiffany Trump may have grown up acutely aware of her second-hand fame, she didn't let public scrutiny dictate her college life or image. While attending the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied sociology, Tiffany had as much casual fun as the next kid — as we can see from some happy, carefree snapshots sans cosmetics.

In August 2014, undergrad-era Tiffany shared a workout photo in which she's hitting a punching bag with boxing gloves, exercise gear, and a makeup-free complexion. Though the photo is a little grainy — it's amazing how much phone cameras have advanced in a decade! — Tiffany's clean and smiling face is clear to see. "Pow pow!" Tiffany captioned the image, and we'll agree that she's serving fresh and confident firecracker energy in the photo.

Tiffany shared more makeup-free insight into her student lifestyle in April 2015. The photo, posted to Instagram, shows the youngest Trump daughter laughing and radiantly bare-faced as she arches into a cobra yoga pose between bookshelves, apparently trying to perk herself up during a late-night study session. "Typical 2 a.m. library festivities," Tiffany captioned the post, somehow managing to look gorgeous despite the wee hour and harsh institutional lighting. If that doesn't prove that her unique allure is far from manufactured, we don't know what will.

Tiffany Trump is clearly comfortable in her makeup-free skin

It's tough to keep up with the glam standards of the Trump clan, but while Tiffany Trump's more inappropriate outfits have occasionally hit a sour note, her one-of-a-kind beauty shines through with or without the enhancement of cosmetics. And from her participation in a daring art project, it seems like this Trump is more than willing to let people see her clean face.

In November 2015 — a year before her father would win his election to become the United States' 45th president — Tiffany joined a host of other women in a video series called "Confessional" by photographer Scott Nathan. In her part, the erstwhile singer and model appears with a bare complexion and unclothed shoulders, intimately staring down the camera for nearly 30 minutes. Occasionally flashing a mysterious, "Mona Lisa"-like smile or playfully poking out her tongue, Tiffany doesn't shy away from the audience, embodying Nathan's artistic vision.

"The purpose of 'Confessional' was to explore authenticity and inner beauty," Nathan explained to the New York Post. "To strip away artifice. To destroy the power of objectification with the power of empathy. To let generations of people know that digital and surgical disfigurement is [a] choice, not a requirement." Interestingly, Tiffany's mother, entertainer Marla Maples, also participated in the project, suggesting that the stunning and self-confident Tiffany doesn't fall too far from at least one of her parental trees.
