The Worst-Dressed Celebrities At The 2025 American Music Awards

The 2025 American Music Awards lit up Las Vegas on Monday, May 26, and show host Jennifer Lopez proved once again that she's dressing for revenge with her post-divorce style. The multi-talented entertainer proved that she's still got it as she flaunted her assets and entertained the crowd in an ever-shifting array of outfits that included a rubber-looking sheath dress and a near-nude bodysuit.

Unfortunately, however, with any awards show, there have to be some losers, and we aren't just referring to the musical nominees. While some attendees hit fashion high notes, there were also some misses from the Heidis — Klum and Montag both donned disappointing 'fits — as well as gymnast Jordan Chiles and veteran singer Gloria Estefan. And just like we compiled the worst-dressed celebs at the 2024 American Music Awards, we dug into all of the night's outfits to gather the worst offenders. Here's hoping there are no repeats from last year's event!

Unfortunately, Heidi Klum also landed on our recent list of the worst-dressed celebs at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival. Usually, we love the German supermodel's fashion choices, but lately, she's been opting for some questionable looks, including this one. The oversized cut of the dress felt disproportionate, making her look like she might wobble over. The thigh-high boots and frilly train also felt at odds, leaving the whole ensemble feeling muddled and lacking cohesion.

Like many people, we had to do a double-take when Heidi Montag hit the indigo carpet to confirm who it was. The former reality star wore a royal-blue top and pants that failed to turn heads in the right way. The pointed ends at the shoulders and crotch looked like she was trying to channel a superhero, but it was the look itself that needed rescuing.

"Friday" singer Rebecca Black clearly decided to go for a playful, fun vibe for the 2025 American Music Awards. Black may have taken a page from the Katy Perry playbook (the two are touring together at the time of writing), but we think that Black needs to do a bit more studying to get the comical-on-the-arrivals-carpet look just right.

You know what they say: If looks could kill ... and we're not referring to "Conga" singer Gloria Estefan's seemingly uncomfortable glare at the 2025 American Music Awards. No, it looks like she was cinched into Spanx to an inch of her life and could barely breathe. Fashion rule number one: Don't wear anything that makes you so uncomfortable that it shows all over your face.

Pop singer Dora Jar seems to want to make a statement with her music, not her high fashion, if this outfit is anything to go by. One thing she did achieve was to confuse us. How do we even describe this look? A plaid trenchcoat that's been ripped and had a green hoodie added? Her outfit underneath made more sense, even if it was incredibly boring for an awards show.

Great gymnast, not a great outfit. Jordan Chiles' white gown at the 2025 American Music Awards was way too busy. The textured bodice was held together with metal straps that appeared to dig into Chiles' skin. Then, there were the zippers, which we'd like to zip right off because they didn't add anything but distraction to this gown.
