Lara Trump's Inappropriate Outfit At A Children's Charity Event Will Always Haunt Her

The Trump women's outfits have always been full of inappropriate timing, but Lara Trump's look for the 2025 Curetivity Charlotte Golf Invitational might just take the cake. For the event, Lara decided on a blue snakeskin minidress with a cutout at the abdomen, finishing off the look with black pointed-toe pumps.

Why, exactly, is this outfit considered inappropriate? Well, in the caption of an Instagram post from the event, the user, who also attended, wrote, "Honored to have been a part in a great cause for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital!" Trump's dress leans more on the side of a girls' night out than a fundraising event for a children's hospital. In the photo, specifically, Lara is posing with her husband Eric Trump and Anthony Jones, who were both wearing collared shirts with khakis, making Lara look exceptionally out of place. We can't say we're surprised, though; this is just one example from Lara Trump's long list of incredibly inappropriate outfits.

Lara Trump has never shied away from showing her figure throughout her style transformation, as she started her fitness apparel line for women in November 2024. However, as we've seen, she likes to test the boundaries of what's appropriate to wear outside of the gym. Spoiler alert: She has failed more than once.

When she went to cast her vote in August 2022, her outfit choice was certainly a questionable one. While she was wearing a cotton T-shirt dress, the thin, gray material nearly made the garment see-through. In a photo she posted to Instagram from that day, you can see the outline of her bra, and the trolls took that and ran. "Get [a] better bra," one wrote, while another added, "Is it appropriate to show nipples at the voting booth? Geeze Louise, so not appropriate. Get some class."

To ring in the new year in December 2023, Lara opted for an Oscar Lopez gown that left nothing to the imagination. The garment featured a sheer, jewel-embellished bodysuit with a plunging neckline and high slit. Though Lara Trump is stunning when she goes makeup-free, she rocked bold brows and winged liner for the event. If there were an occasion that called for a look as extravagant as this, it would be New Year's Eve; however, many did view this look as a bit too scandalous. "I love the Trump family but this is not appropriate," one user wrote under Lara's Instagram post. Another expressed, "Not a classy look."
