How Kris Jenner's Face Has Transformed Over The Years, According To Our Plastic Surgeon
Kris Jenner showed up to the Bezos wedding in June 2025 rocking matching animal prints with Kylie Jenner, Khloé, and Kim Kardashian. But for once, the spotlight wasn't on the daughters. It was on the momager. And it wasn't just the outfit; it was Kris' new face. Unlike most plastic-surgery debuts that bring out the worst of the internet, even the trolls had to admit that Kris' surgeon performed actual magic. One post asking for the doctor's details racked up over 30,000 likes on X, and some even called it one of the best celebrity transformations in plastic surgery's 100-year history.
Now, we know for a fact that this isn't Kris' first time going under the knife. She's been famous since the late 2000s, and there's no doubt that she's had a lot of invasive and non-invasive treatments done during that time. She even gave Botox gift cards out in 2019 as Christmas gifts and proudly mentioned that she had been getting injectables for years. To get a full picture of her facial transformation over the years, Glam spoke exclusively with Dr. Frederick Weniger, a board-certified plastic surgeon based in Hilton Head, South Carolina.
During our chat, he speculated that Kris has aged this well thanks to surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures done with remarkable precision. "Her lower face, particularly the jawline and neck, shows the hallmarks of surgical lifting, likely a facelift and neck lift that was first performed years ago to tighten laxity and redefine her profile without creating an overdone look," he analyzes — correctly, we might add. In June 2025, Kris posted an Instagram comment revealing that Dr. Garth Fisher, a plastic surgeon based in Beverly Hills, performed her first facelift in 2011.
Kris Jenner has had multiple lifts over the years
We know for certain that Kris Jenner has had at least two facelifts over the years, but our exclusive chat with Dr. Frederick Weniger suggests those aren't the only lifts in the lineup. Beyond her recent facelift, which restored the tightness around her mouth, jawline, and neck, he also believes that she's had at least one neck lift. "The skin in the lower neck appears smoother and more even with less sun damage," he says. "This was likely the result of a repeated neck lift ..." He adds that she likely also underwent skin-quality enhancements, such as laser resurfacing, pigment removal, chemical peels, and microneedling, which have given her jawline its current snatched look.
But the face and neck lifts aren't the full extent of Kris' history of nips and tucks. Dr. Weniger points out that her photos show clear signs of several other beauty procedures, specifically in her eyelids, cheeks, and lips. "[Her] upper eyelids, which appeared heavier in earlier photos, look more open in later years — possibly the result of a well-executed upper blepharoplasty," he explains, pointing to the trendy micro-procedure. Fuller upper lids, like the ones Kris had from 1990 to 2002, are a sign of youth. But by 2012, that fullness had faded, and her eyebrows gradually descended over the next decade. However, in her recent photos, the sagging is gone, which Dr. Weniger says is evidence that she may have got a forehead lift.
Kris Jenner's lips and cheeks also show signs of aesthetic treatments
During Glam's exclusive chat with Dr. Frederick Weniger, he walked us through several features that indicate surgical enhancements in Kris Jenner's photos. "Images from 2022 and 2025 both show significantly rounder cheeks than she ever had before," he says. This could have been achieved through dermal fillers or fat grafting to maintain and even boost volume in her midface. "Normally, patients lose much of their volume in their midface — below their lower eyelids," he explains. "Kris, though, has added to the volume of her upper cheeks for years, and they are actually much fuller now than when she was younger." He adds that she also likely added volume to her lips, which are softly defined and show very few signs of aging.
Beyond invasive procedures, Dr. Weniger believes that her smooth and even-toned skin comes from resurfacing treatments and top-tier skincare. This is yet another testament to the fact that medical-grade skincare is better than OTC (over-the-counter) products. He adds that these non-invasive techniques have helped her maintain youthful volume and facial structure over time. "In all, Kris Jenner's aesthetic evolution has been remarkably consistent," he says. "She never looks like someone trying to look 30, she simply looks like the best version of herself at every stage."
As for whether Kris is likely to get more work done? Dr. Weniger thinks so. "One area that tends to change more noticeably in the late 60s and early 70s is the perioral region, the skin and tissue around the mouth," he explains. To stay ahead of that, he recommends subtle interventions like a light CO2 or erbium laser, precise filler placement, and advanced treatments like collagen stimulation or radiofrequency microneedling. "The goal at this stage isn't to make drastic changes; it's to preserve," he says. "The key is to protect that investment with smart maintenance tailored to the nuances of aging skin."
